GRACE FISCHER SIGNS LETTER OF INTENT TO PLAY GOLF AT CONCORDIA COLLEGE

Crookston Pirate Girls Golfer and senior Grace Fischer made it official, as earlier today she signed her National Letter of Intent to play golf at Concordia College in Moorhead. “Grace is one of the hardest working kids in our program. It pays off, and when you put in the time you have opportunities to play at the next level so I’m super happy for her,” said Pirates Girl’s Golf Coach Jeff Perreault. “She’s going to be a Cobber and she’ll get the chance to play again with Joslynn Leach who of course was in our program at the same time as Grace. So I know they are both looking forward to that opportunity.”

Fischer is the daughter of Trent and Shellie Fischer.

Concordia College is a DIII School that competes in the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC)

Grace was a State Tournament participant a year ago finishing 68th place in Class AA at the Ridges at Sand Creek Golf Course in Jordan. Fischer earned her spot in the State Tournament last year after shooting 177 over two days at the Bemidji Town and Country Club, including a career-best 84 on day two.
