Harvey D. Waters, 75, of Ada, MN, formerly of Apache Junction, AZ, and Chisholm, MN, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 29, 2020, at the Twin Valley Assisted Living and Memory Care in Twin Valley, MN.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
