Justin Alan Isaacson-OBIT

Justin Alan Isaacson, 34, of Warroad, MN, and formerly of Crookston, MN, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday morning, September 23, 2023.

Justin was born to Dean and Linda (Lubarski) Isaacson in Crookston at Riverview on July 15, 1989. After high school, he moved to Warroad, MN, where he met Jennifer (Manivong) Isaacson. They married on August 1, 2020, and to this union, 3 children were born, Jethro, Jericho, and Jayliana Isaacson. Justin was baptized and confirmed at Trinity Lutheran Church in Crookston, MN. He also attended school in Crookston.

Justin worked for Seven Clans Casino, Polaris Industry, and Marvin, where he was currently employed. Justin enjoyed fishing, hunting, and snowmobiling. As a child, Justin had a knack for catching turtles. Justin acquired the name “Dennis” while at his parents’ cabin on Springsteel Island near Warroad, MN. He seemed to get into “everything”.

Campfires with family and friends were one of his favorite pastimes. He enjoyed time with his big orange cat “Hans” and he loved playing football, baseball, and video games with his children.

He is preceded in death by his mother Linda (Lubarski) Isaacson, his grandparents Leonard and Shirley Lubarski, Carl and Eleanor Isaacson, and nephew baby Jason.

Holding Justin’s memory forever in their hearts are his wife, Jennifer; and their 3 children: Jethro(10), Jericho(8), and Jayliana(2) of Warroad MN. His father Dean Isaacson (Michelle York) of Crookston, MN. His grandparents Randy (Karen) Johnson of Warren, MN. His siblings Jason Isaacson of Thief River Falls, MN, Josh (Marisol) Isaacson of Crookston, MN, Cassidy Isaacson (Joey Boman) of Crookston, MN and from Jennifer’s side of the family: parents in laws; Xaysana (Bounthavy) Manivong of Warroad, MN. Brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Johnny (Nikki) Manivong of Winfield, KS. Steve (Julie) Goldsmith of Incline Village, Nevada; along with a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles.
