The Early Childhood Family Education Teddy Bear Clinic was held on Monday, October 19, at RiverView Health in Crookston. Over 60 children (with their teddy bears, unicorns, dolphins, etc) and adults attended this wonderful ECFE event, which was held in collaboration with RiverView Health.
We know that going to the doctor can be scary, and ECFE is grateful for their collaboration with our local hospital to share with children what to expect when you go to the clinic and hospital. Children weighed and measured their stuffed animals, visited the amazing therapy room, explored a hospital room by going on a scavenger hunt, and visited the X-ray department.
The next ECFE event will be Grandparents Night on Monday, November 30, from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Highland Elementary School.
