Penny Herzog, age 69, of Ulen, MN, passed away on Monday, July 31, 2023, at her home under the loving care of her family and Hospice of the Red River Valley.
A visitation will be held on Monday, August 7, 2023, from 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm, with a prayer service beginning at 6:30 pm, at Salem Lutheran Church in Hitterdal, MN. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, at Salem Lutheran Church, Hitterdal. Inurnment will be at Keene Cemetery, Ulen.
