Polk County Public Health’s February Fitness Fever event scheduled for Sunday, February 2 has been canceled due to a lack of snow for sledding in Central Park in Crookston.
February Fitness Fever is a month-long initiative designed to encourage community members to stay active during the winter season. Every Sunday in February, community members can participate in free fun-filled activities in Polk County.
These events highlight the many ways to stay active outdoors and engage with the community:
February 2 – SLEDDING at Crookston’s Central Park Hill – CANCELED due to lack of snow
February 9 – ICE SKATING at the Crookston Sports Center
February 16 – OPEN SWIM at the Crookston Community Pool
February 23 – SNOWSHOEING & CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING at Fertile’s Agassiz Environmental Learning Center
