Royce Fenno left us way too soon, on October 13, 2023, at Sanford Hospital, where he received the best care possible until his passing with God.
Royce was born on February 21, 1960, in Heidelburg, Germany, and moved to the US when he was just two years old. He grew up in Crookston, MN, for most of his young adult life until he entered the US Army in 1978. He was stationed in Germany with the 3rd Armored Division, where he was a mechanic and used these skills in his later years as his job of choice. He was united in marriage to Julie Schroeder on May 18, 2014.
He is survived by his wife Julie Fenno, son Shawn Fenno; grandson, Phoenix Fenno; mother and father, Heidi (Stoltz) Fenno and Jerald Fenno, brothers Nick (Beverly) Fenno and Kelly (Melinda) Fenno, sister Tracy Swanson (Fenno), God-daughter Heidi Swanson, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by Grandparents Madeline and Hubert Davis and Melvin and Irene Fenno.
Family will be holding a service at Holy Spirit on Saturday, October 21, 2023, at 10 am.
