New Year, New Routes, New Opportunities! Tri-Valley Opportunity Council, Inc. is excited to announce that beginning January 1, 2027, T.H.E. Bus (Tri-Valley Heartland Express) will expand its public transportation services to Roseau and Lake of the Woods counties.
This expansion marks an exciting opportunity to connect more communities across northwest Minnesota with reliable, accessible, and affordable transportation. They look forward to welcoming new riders and working with local communities to help meet their transportation needs.
