CHEDA Board accepts 2025 audited financial statements and holds a public hearing on the 2026 and 2027 public housing capital fund plans
The Crookston Housing and Economic Development Authority (CHEDA) Board met on Thursday to accept the fiscal year 2025 audited financial statements, approve a flat rent decrease and capital fund plan, and hold a public hearing on the 2027 annual plan and public housing plans, including the 2027 Admissions and Continued Occupancy Plan (ACOP) and capital
