CHARTER COMMISSION: NO CHANGES TO FILLING VACANCY, REQUESTS LANGUAGE TO CLARIFY BONDS

CITY COUNCIL APPOINTS SEVEN TO CHARTER COMMISSION, ONE TO LIBRARY BOARD
