GOVERNOR WALZ ORDERS FLAGS AT HALF-STAFF IN HONOR OF GENERAL COLIN POWELL
In accordance with a proclamation issued by President Joe Biden, Governor Tim Walz has ordered all United States and Minnesota flags to be flown at half-staff at all state buildings in the State of Minnesota effective immediately until sunset on Friday, October 22, 2021, to remember, mourn, and honor the life of General Colin Powell.
