Crookston 16’s JO Volleyball team wins the Mahnomen/Waubun Tournament

The Crookston 16s JO volleyball team went undefeated and won the Mahnomen-Waubun tournament on Wednesday in Mahnomen. The Crookston Pirate Volleyball team had its end-of-the-season banquet last week and handed out the following awards. Roseau cruises to a sweep over Pirate Volleyball

The Crookston Pirate Volleyball team ran into one of the top teams in Section 8AA as the Roseau Rams cruised to a 3-0 (25-8, 25-8, 25-7) victory at the Crookston High School Gymnasium. FIRST SETRoseau scored the first four points of the match with kills from Anna Ulvin and Cora Lundbohm and two Pirate errors.
