CROOKSTON POLICE DEPARTMENT ADDS NEW OFFICER TO THE STAFF

The Crookston Police Department’s new police officer, Robert Haugen, officially started working on Monday, June 17. Haugen, originally from Sioux Falls, graduated from Fosston High School before earning an associate degree in Criminal Justice from Northland Community & Technical College. Steven Paul Fjerstad, 71, of Fosston, for DUI in the third degree, driving while impaired and refusal to submit a chemical test.
