The Section 8A Boys Tennis tournament seeds were announced on Friday, and the Crookston Pirates received the second seed after going undefeated in section play. Thomas Amiot, 81 of Crookston, pleaded guilty to first-degree criminal sexual conduct involving a child under the age of 13 in court on Tuesday.The minimum sentence is 12 years, and the maximum sentence is 30 years for the offense.
