The Crookston Parks and Recreation Department is inviting the public to attend their Emerald Ash Borer Preparation Project Open House on Wednesday, September 30, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at City Hall. The department has selected multiple trees in marginal health for removal as part of Emerald Ash Borer management planning and preparation. Residents are
