Students from Our Savior’s Lutheran School competed in a northern Minnesota Lutheran Schools’ Bible Bowl competition at Immanuel Lutheran School, Walker, MN, on Saturday, March 5. Both the 4th and 5th-grade teams earned first place and the 7th-grade team earned 3rd place.
Elaine Metzger, American Legion Auxiliary, recently presented patriotic rulers to Sandra Trittin’s 4th graders at Our Saviors Lutheran School. The students eagerly look forward to receiving these rulers with the presidents and the Pledge of Allegiance displayed on them. Seven students from Our Savior’s Lutheran School participated in the Minnesota North District Lutheran Schools Spelling Bee on Saturday, October 13 in Perham. The students were all in the third through sixth grade. Three students won the spelling bee for their grade level placed, including Naomi Johnson, who won the sixth-grade spelling bee. Ethan Lanctot
