Nearly 392,000 Minnesotans could lose their current Medicare Advantage plan next year as insurers reduce or discontinue coverage. State officials say 15 Minnesota counties will have no Medicare Advantage options in 2027, while three counties will also lose Medicare Cost plans. Original Medicare will remain available.
