The Northwest Regional Corrections Center announced the arrests of the following individuals: Bobby Jo Hernandez, 27 of Grand Forks, ND, for a gross misdemeanor traffic violation for driving after cancelation. Bail supplied. Rigoberto Tovar, 44 of Halstad, for misdemeanor domestic assault. Released on personal recognizance. Dawn Marie Iverson, 60 of Fosston, for misdemeanor domestic assault.
The Ways & Means Committee met Wednesday night to set the preliminary levy. Beginning this September, Rydell National Wildlife Refuge, near Erskine, MN will be open to archery deer hunting on nearly 1,400 acres.
