MINNESOTA REPORTS 717 NEW COVID-19 CASES, 4 DEATHS

The Minnesota Department of Health is reporting 717 new cases of COVID-19 from 12,296 tests, a 5.8 percent positive rate.  They also report four additional deaths from COVID-19.  There were no new cases in Polk County. Updated August 24, 2020 Updated daily at 11 a.m., with data current as of 4 p.m. the previous day.

OUR SAVIORS LUTHERAN SCHOOL, CATHEDRAL SCHOOL TO OFFER IN-PERSON LEARNING THIS FALL

WAYS & MEANS COMMITTEE WILL MEET MONDAY

The Crookston Ways & Means Committee will meet Monday night immediately following the City Council meeting. The committee will discuss Fall Clean-up week, allowing sump pumps to drain into city systems, and a request for a five-year tax abatement for a new business starting within the city.
