Toys for Tots is a charity sponsored by the employees of the City of Crookston for needy children in the city. Crookston firefighters Chris Klawitter, Bob Magsam and Garett Bengtson used the ladder truck to hang lights Thursday morning from the evergreen tree downtown in the Main Street Courtyard space. They’re assisting the Crookston Rotary Club, who acquired lights during Otter Tail Power Company’s Holiday Light Exchange, to help spread Christmas/Holiday cheer.
