The Crookston Park Board met on Tuesday to review the capital improvements planned for 2022. They also received an update on the RV campground that will be installed in Central Park this summer. The RV Campground is budgeted for $1.79 million, offset by a $1.35 million grant from the Greater Minnesota Parks and Trails. Riopelle
The annual Night to Unite celebration will not be taking place this year. The Night to Unite Organization suggested agencies postpone it to the first week in October. In addition to potential pandemic concerns, as we all know, planning an event in this part of the country for the fall is not the best idea

The 18th Annual National Night Out/ Night to Unite event will be held in Fosston, MN on August 6 at 6:30 p.m. at the Stafford / Berge Park on Larson Ave. This will be a potluck with the Polk County Sheriff’s Office furnishing hot dogs, buns, and lemonade.
