During Monday nights Crookston Ways & Means Committee (City Council, Mayor, and Department heads) meeting there was some contention between APG Development’s Elliot Steinbrink and Crookston Housing and Economic Development Authority (CHEDA) Executive Director Craig Hoiseth.
