UMC BASEBALL ADDS JUNIOR COLLEGE TRANSFER PITCHER/OUTFIELDER

The University of Minnesota Crookston baseball team announced the addition of Ben Goelz (LHP/OF, 5-10 175, Maple Lake/Dakota County Technical College) to their signing class. Goelz hit .363 during the 2021 season with 28 runs scored, seven doubles, three triples, and 15 RBIs. He posted a .478 on-base percentage and a .505 slugging percentage. Goelz

SCOTT AND JACK LINDGREN WIN MINAKWA 4TH OF JULY TOURNAMENT

Minakwa Golf Course held their annual 4th of July Golf tournament on Sunday.  The tournament is nine holes best ball, nine holes of scramble, and nine holes of alternating shot.
