CROOKSTON RECEIVES THE SIXTH SEED IN SECTION 8A BOYS TENNIS TOURNEY

The seeding pretty much went as expected for the Section 8A Boys Tennis tournament at the seeding “meeting” today over email.  Thief River Falls, the #5 ranked team in the state and defending champ, was the unanimous top seed and will be the favorite coming into the tournament that starts on Monday in Detroit Lakes.

WATCH FOR WORKERS ON HWY 75 DURING PRESCRIBED BURN

Motorists in northwest Minnesota may see smoke from prescribed burns beginning Friday, May 10, as crews conduct a controlled burn on Highway 75 north of Euclid. PIRATE BOY’S TENNIS FINISHES 8TH AT PINE CITY TOURNAMENT
