The Crookston Police Department reported two accidents on Tuesday, February 26 in the City of Crookston. The first occurred at 7:02 a.m. at E 7th St and N Ash St between a 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix, driven by Hailee Rice of Fertile and a 2014 Dodge Charger, driven by Abraham Martinez of Eagle Pass, TX. Both vehicles received moderate damage and nobody was injured. A citation was issued to Rice for failure to yield to a stop sign.
The second accident occurred at 3:36 p.m. on 5th Ave SW between a 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix, driven by Sabrina Thode of Crookston, and a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado, driven by Grant Molstad of Grand Forks, ND. There was minor damage to both vehicles, no injuries and no citations issued.
