20-YEAR-OLD GRAND FORKS WOMAN ARRESTED FOLLOWING PURSUIT WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON

On April 14, 2021, at approximately 2:11 p.m., officers of the Grand Forks Police Department attempted to perform a traffic stop on a motor vehicle for a moving violation near 24th Ave. South and South 20th Street. The suspect vehicle fled Eastbound on 24th Ave. South with speeds ranging from 35-65 mph. 

The Grand Forks Police continued to follow the suspect vehicle with emergency equipment activated. The vehicle then went Northbound on South 20th Street and took several streets eventually coming to a stop at 13th Ave. South and South 20th Street.

The driver was identified as 20-year-old Jadyn Kaiser from Grand Forks. She was the only occupant of the vehicle. Kaiser was arrested and taken to the Grand Forks Correctional Center for fleeing in a motor vehicle and reckless driving.
