The Northwest Regional Corrections Center in Crookston reported the following arrests. Hunter Bryant McCauley, 21 of Grand Forks, for Third-Degree DUI. Jessica Ann LaFriniere, 38 of Crookston, for Third-Degree Drug Possession. Roger Lee Passa, 37 of Crookston, for First-Degree Arson.
