Crookston High School’s Snowfest Week begins Monday (January 28) with a week full of themed days and a collection for Pennies for Patients, an organization CHS has collected money for each of the last eight years. “When I started Leo Club eight years ago, I received this information and thought this is a good cause with cancer and kids which hits home,” said Crookston High School Leo Club advisor Linda Morgan. “It’s a nice little project to do and the classes compete against each other over about a month to collect the most. The prime time that collects the most money will get donuts or rolls and juice from the Leo Club.”
