City of Grand Forks crews will be closing North 3rd Street from Demers Avenue to University Avenue starting on Monday, May 3, 2021 for a road reconstruction project.
The first phase of the project is the replacement of the roadway while the second phase is the replacement of the sidewalks. The final completion date for the entire project is October 2021. Detour signs will be posted.
During the first phase of the project, pedestrian access to the businesses along North 3rd Street will remain in place.
