The Crookston High School went into a soft lockdown Wednesday morning. According to Superintendent Jeremy Olson it was not a safety issue, but to protect student integrity. A response from Superintendent Olson is below –
“In order to be respectful to our students and staff as we managed a behavior incident this morning a short duration soft lockdown was called at CHS. This was not a safety issue and was initiated to protect student integrity. There was a police presence as a precaution. The situation was handled quickly and normal operations were resumed.”
