CROOKSTON HIGH SCHOOL KNOWLEDGE BOWL TEAM ADVANCES TO STATE

The Crookston High School Knowledge Bowl team finished third place in the regional competition and will advance to the State Knowledge Bowl competition at Cragun’s resort in Brainerd on April 7 and 8.
The top four teams in the regional competition advanced to the state meet and going into the final round, the scores were turned off so nobody knew how they were doing.  When the scores were revealed, Crookston found out they finished in the top four and will advance to state.
Members of the Crookston team are Ainsley Boucher, Tatum Lubinski, Thor Harbott, Nathan Johanneck, and Maddie Harbott. The team is coached by Katelyn Stegman.

Bemidji won the competition with Kittson County Central finishing as the runner-up, followed by Crookston, then Thief River Falls.
