The Northwest Regional Corrections Center in Crookston made the following arrests.

Jerry Clarence Miller, 60, of Fosston, for 3rd-Degree Traffic DUI

Castor William Stroot, 32, of Euclid, for 3rd-Degree Traffic DUI
