Ashley Schmitz, a Therapist at Benedictine Living Community Crookston, was one of the 19 Benedictine and Serenity therapists who completed an intense 35-hour course on Lymphedema.
Lymphedema is the chronic swelling of a limb due to the accumulation of interstitial fluids as a result of absent, obstructed, or dysfunctional lymph nodes.
