PAM STAINBROOK NAMED RIVERVIEW HEALTH 2023 EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR

One of the highlights of RiverView’s recent annual meeting was the announcement of Pam Stainbrook as the 2023 Employee of the Year.

Recognized for consistent excellence and dedication to RiverView, its patients, and team, April Grunhovd, CNO, said the following: “Pam your compassion, empathy, enthusiasm, professionalism, teamwork, and commitment are bright lights in our organization. The ripple effect of your efforts make waves of success for us all. You exemplify our mission and role model what exceptional people giving exceptional care should look like.’’

Stainbrook is known for bringing a positive vibe and a little spice to RiverView’s Inpatient Unit, where she works as a HUC/CNA.

Born and raised in Crookston, Stainbrook began working at RiverView’s Care Center in 1989 as a CNA. In 1994, she joined the Adult Day Care staff and worked in Activities. In December of 2011, she joined the Inpatient Unit in her current position.

Pam and husband Dale have two children, Lorne and Landon, and two grandchildren, Destiny and Eian. In her free time, she enjoys music, reading, and canoeing.

As Employee of the Year, Stainbrook received an award and a check for $1,000.
