The topics were wide and varied as faculty and staff at the University of Minnesota Crookston (UMC) hosted the inaugural Faculty Research Fair.
It was a time for students to discover what the faculty at UMC are working on outside the classroom. They also had the chance to interact with faculty, get hands-on experience, and learn about ways to fund and conduct research. Undergraduate Research (UGR) is HIP–that is what the Association of American Colleges and Universities (AACU) calls High Impact Practice.
