FOUR PEOPLE INJURED IN TWO VEHICLE ACCIDENT IN EUCLID TOWNSHIP

On Sunday, the Minnesota State Patrol and Polk County Sheriff’s Office responded to a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Highway 75 and 120th Street SW in Euclid Township. 

A 2009 Volkswagen Rabbit driven by Jasmine Leigh Moffett, 26, of St. Hilaire, was eastbound on 120th Street SW, and a 2012 Chevrolet Impala driven by Duane Allen Olson, 84, of Thief River Falls, was northbound on Highway 75 when they collided at the intersection. Both vehicles’ airbags deployed.

There were no passengers in the Volkswagen and three in the Impala. All five people involved in the crash were wearing seatbelts. 

All four people in the Impala went to RiverView Health to be treated for non life-threatening injuries, while Moffet had no reported injuries.
