Altru is proud to announce that Fallon Hoverson, M.D., has been named Physician of the Quarter in recognition of her dedication to patient care, medical education, and compassionate service.
Dr. Hoverson’s patients consistently praise her and her team for the outstanding care they provide. One patient shared, “Dr. Hoverson is always great, as is her nurse (Joy). When I come in for my annual exam, I always feel they’re listening to me and truly care.” Beyond providing exceptional patient care, Dr. Hoverson is also committed to mentoring future medical professionals. A patient who recently observed Dr. Hoverson working with a medical student remarked, “Dr. Hoverson had an MD student with her during my appointment. I appreciated the way Dr. Hoverson engaged and involved the student during my visit, teaching the student but also ensuring that her focus was still on my care.”

The Physician of the Quarter recipients are selected after reviewing survey results submitted by patients. Altru started this award in 2021 as a way to recognize outstanding care given by Altru providers.
