The City of Crookston is seeking public participation and input regarding the vacant At-Large City Council seat.
To assist in this effort, the City is establishing a Nine-Member Advisory Board tasked with reviewing the vacancy and recommending a path forward to the Crookston City Council.
The Advisory Board will consist of nine community members representing a broad range of perspectives and backgrounds. The Advisory Board’s responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing the circumstances surrounding the current vacancy
- Evaluating potential candidates for filling the vacant seat
- Providing recommendations to the City Council
Residents interested in serving on the Advisory Board are encouraged to submit an Advisory Board interest form to the City of Crookston no later than July 17, 2025, at 4:00 PM.
