Luis Enrique Narvaez, 64 of Crookston, DUi, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance
Brandeis Jayde Olberg, 45 of New Folden, for obstructing the legal process
Jordan Richard Kjos, 43 of Halstad, for domestic assault, misdemeanor
