The Northwest Regional Corrections Center reported the arrest of the following –
Carl David Swenson, 50 of East Grand Forks, for misdemeanor domestic assault
Tammy Jo York, 52 of Crookston, for third-degree DUI with one aggravating factor.
Jarrid Keith Wang, 34 of Fosston, for traffic accident, fail to stop in an injury/death.
Kari Marie Rivard, 45 of Grand Forks, ND, for a felon convicted crime of violence, firearm violation.

On Saturday at 11:15 a.m., the Crookston fire department responded to the Polk County landfill for a garbage fire. They put it out and cleared the scene.
On Saturday at 7:50 p.m., the Crookston fire department responded to Belgian Township for an ATV accident. Both victims were transported via EMS.
On Sunday at 3:10 a.m., the Crookston fire department responded to Riverview Health for a malfunctioning smoke detector. They reset the detector.
On Sunday at 10:36 a.m., the Crookston fire department responded to the 300 block of S Minnesota for a malfunctioning smoke detector. They reset the detector.
