The Crookston City Council will meet on Monday, March 16 at 5:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers.
The consent agenda includes the approval of the March 2 meeting minutes, bills and disbursements of $378,175.73, approving the updated airport grant agreement, and 2026 license renewals for gas fitting and cement masons.
The regular agenda includes the 2024 audit summary and a resolution to accept the audited financials from Baker Tilly. There will be a summary from the closed session on February 17. There will also be a resolution authorizing an application to the Minnesota Public Facilities for assistance with lead service line replacement.
The Crookston Ways and Means committee will meet after the city council meeting and have two items on the agenda. The first item is to establish a Tax Increment Financing district for the old diocese property, and discuss the Houston Avenue erosion issue.
