The Crookston Pirate Boys Golf team finished third out of four teams with a 358 in the Crookston Invitational. East Grand Forks won the meet with a 304. nine strokes better than Roseau.
Crookston was led by Garrett Fischer with a 77, good for fourth place. The medalist was Brody Johnson of East Grand Forks with a 73.
Garrett Fisher, a senior, shot an 77 to finish in 4th place. Garrett carded three birdies, nine pars, four bogies, and two double bogies.
Kelby Fee, a seventh grader, shot an 89 and finished in 20th place. Kelby recorded five pars, 11 bogies, one double bogey and one quadruple bogey.
Evan Shockman, a senior, shot an 94 for 22nd place. Evan had one birdie, four pars, eight bogies, two double bogies, and three triple bogies.
Harrison Cameron, an eighth grader, shot a 96 to finish 24th place. Harrison carded one birdie, 11 bogies, two double bogies, and four triple bogies.
Tony Elbinger, a senior, shot a 100 to finish 25th place. Tony had one birdie, three pars, seven bogies, three double bogies, two triple bogies, and two five-over par holes.
David Dauksavage, a senior, shot a 101 and finished 26th place. David had one par, nine bogies, four double bogies, and four triple bogies.
Colin Trudeau, a sophomore, shot a 107 and finished 27th place. Colin had three pars, three bogies, six double bogies, five triple bogies, and one five over par.
