The Crookston City Council will meet on Monday, June 1st, at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers.
The consent agenda includes approval of the minutes from the May 18th meeting, approval of bills and disbursements totaling $290,851.18, approval of the 2026 Gas Fitters and Cement Mason License, and acceptance of a donation from the Crookston Baseball Association.
The regular agenda includes resolutions approving a task order with Advanced Engineering and Environment Services, LLC (AE25) for the Tri-Valley Building demolition project, a professional services agreement with AE25 Communications for Crookston Diocese Site Redevelopment Support, and waiving the $10,000 special assessment against parcel No. 82.04088.00 pursuant to the Nature View Estates Plat 5 Developers Agreement.
