Janella Rose Rude, 45, of Plummer, for driving restrictions – drive/operate/control motor vehicle without ignition interlock
Donald Francis Rudnik, 57, of Grafton, ND, for third-degree DUI with one aggravating factor
Drake Thomas Lord, 21, of Crookston, for fourth-degree DUI
