A black bear was spotted in Crookston Tuesday night. According to videos sent to KROX by a resident, the bear was spotted near Jefferson Avenue between 7:00 and 8:00 p.m.
This is the second instance of bears being spotted within the city limits of Crookston this month, following reports of bears in the Woods Addition on June 1 and 2. Residents are reminded that if they see a bear, they should not approach it and contact the police immediately.
