Remberto Howard, 43, arrested in Ada, for terroristic threats/reckless disregard risk
Deborah Deann Robinson, 48, of Crookston, for third-degree possession of amphetamine/methamphetamine in a school/park/public housing zone
Ethan James Leroux, 21, arrested in Halstead, for interfering with a peace officer
Eric Daniel Raymond, 46, of East Grand Forks, for disorderly conduct
Antonio Dashon Atkins, 30, of Crookston, for DUI/refusal to submit to chemical test
A’Dande Dashae Abreu Penner, 23, of Williston, ND, for second-degree DUI with two or more aggravating factors
