Madison David McArdle, 41, of Grand Forks, ND, for criminal vehicular homicide or operation/operate motor vehicle in grossly negligent manner
James Joseph Egeland, 27, of East Grand Forks, for DUI

On Tuesday, July 7th, at 2:41 p.m., the Crookston Fire Department responded to the intersection of 3rd Avenue South and Main for a two vehicle accident. On scene, they recovered the vehicles, issued treatment, and controlled traffic before turning it over to P.D.
