Lawrence Jarmaine Daniels, 48, of Grand Rapids, for failure to appear-charged/convicted gross misdemeanor/misdemeanor
Kendall Earl Wayne Ogema, 37, of East Grand Forks, for domestic assault-violation of an order of protection
Axle Thomas Seelye, 37, of Crookston, for DUI-operating a vehicle under the influence of any amount of schedule I or II drugs (not marijuana)
