Norman Harold Berdahl, Jr., 61, of Grand Forks, ND, for third-degree drugs- possession of methamphetamine/amphetamine in a school/park/public housing zone
Patrick Lee Richardson, 72, of Twin Valley, for misdemeanor domestic abuse- violation of no contact order
