Safety Coordinator
Sunrich Products, LLC is looking for an experienced safety professional who understands workplace safety fundamentals and is ready to own a company-wide safety program. With approximately 150 employees across three manufacturing and processing facilities in rural Minnesota and North Dakota, you’ll have the opportunity to work directly with employees and leaders, influence safety culture, and see the results of your work firsthand.
Our farm-to-table operation connects agriculture, manufacturing, and people in a unique environment where safety is critical to everything we do. This is a hands-on role for someone who can confidently apply foundational safety principles, identify and address hazards, lead training and inspections, support incident investigations, and navigate OSHA requirements—while building strong relationships across the organization.

Salary: starting at $75K, DOE
